I am thankful for. . .

I'm in a rather grouch ass mood today. I seem to have taken a cue from my husband, and have been dragging around a little black (thundering) rain cloud with me today. So to keep myself in check, I'm making a short list of things that I am grateful for at this very moment:

1 - Two happy, healthy children

2 - A working air conditioner set to something like "arctic chill"

3 - Abundant sunshine and a breeze for when I start to get chilly in the frozen tundra of my house

4 - Beringer Pinot Noir 2008 13.0% alcohol by volume. Wheeeeee

5 - My Old Navy coupon code that will give me 15-50% off once I stop loading up my virtual cart

6 - The fact that my shorts from last year went over my butt without a struggle, but also zipped with room to spare (double whee!)

7 - Funny new blogs to keep me entertained

8 - Promise of fireworks this weekend

9 - Delicious steak soaking in marinade, about to have a date with the grill.

10 - Sprinklers!

Well, I don't know about you, Blogfans, but I certainly feel better
